Easter is usually a holiday we spend gathered around a table with family and friends but this year instead of a table we'll be gathered around FaceTime to share the holiday. I'm sorry. My first ever Easter Mini Sessions in my new studio are canceled. That stinks. Traditional photos with the Easter Bunny are canceled this year...or are they!? Let's not let our quarantine limit the ability to take some photos with maybe not THE Easter Bunny, but AN Easter Bunny! Something as simple as making these bunny ears with the kids or for yourself can bring smiles and make memories. We can only control what we can control, so let's take some photos of some happy bunnies! We'll be back to making photos together soon!
The instructions are pretty easy. Gather a paper plate, scissors, glue, tape, a white sheet and a pink sheet of paper (or whatever colors you have under quarantine). Not sure why I included a black sharpie in my first photo. I guess I thought I'd be drawing whiskers on my kid's face with it! haha! Don't do that. Or do. That would be hilarious, for days. I did use eyeliner though.
The only plates I had had designs on them so I decided to use the backside. You can use either side. I just needed to reinforce the ears with some tape as well as the glue.
Now, have some fun! Take some selfies, use while FaceTiming, see if the dog will participate (spoiler, they're not a fan).
Wishing you a very happy Easter with much peace. Stay safe, stay healthy. See you when this is over! Hugs, Jenée
